James O’Looney, President, Integrated C4ISR Systems (ICS)

James O’Looney is the President of Trident’s Integrated C4ISR Systems division, and is responsible for the group’s strategic vision, financial performance and execution. He brings over 25 years of experience in the defense industry, with emphasis on solving the multi-domain, mission-critical challenges which improve the safety and survivability of our warfighters and protect our nation’s critical assets. O’Looney has previously held senior technology and business positions at Trident including Engineering Director, division Director and Vice President. In these roles, he has led talented teams of experts in the development, productization and deployment of military communications products, sensor collection and processing systems, and integrated surveillance platforms.
