Jim Haney, Chief Financial Officer, Trident Solutions

Jim Haney is the Chief Financial Officer of Trident Solutions, where he oversees the finance and accounting divisions for SES, ICS, and OPS. He is responsible for long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and identifying opportunities for growth and cost reduction.

Haney joined Trident in September 2025 from Excelitas Technologies, where he served as Vice President and CFO of Defense and Aerospace. He brings 17 years of financial leadership experience, including 12 years in the aerospace industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, Innovation, and Change, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University.
